On June 22, 2022, the Lee County Sheriff’s Department served a felony arrest warrant at a residence in the Plantersville area of Lee County. Deputies contacted Marcus Nichols at the residence and placed him under arrest for Burglary. During the arrest, Nichols was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
Arrested: Marcus Deontae Nichols; 30yoa
Charges: Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine
He was also booked in for the active felony warrant for Burglary.
A Justice Court Judge set his bond at $2,500.00.
